Following several successful years as chef in Roly at the Pav, Jeff Norman has opened his own restaurant in Greystones. Backstage at Bels is serving modern Irish food using local produce. A big airy room and friendly service seem to be proving a winner.Backstage at Bel's is located in the heart of Greystones village. It opened its doors in April 2007 under the new ownership of chef Jeff Norman & his wife Tara Norman and Tara's mother Theresa. Backstage is a family run business where Tara, Theresa and staff provide a friendly service front of house while Jeff and his team preside in the kitchen.
The open plan kitchen look out on the dining room towards the back, and those up front are treated to large windows looking out on the town, with seating outside for the Summer months, assuming we actually have any this year.
